What Causes Painful Lump On The Inside Of Buttocks?

I have a lump on the inside of my butt crack not on my butthole but kind of close to it it s only painful to the touch and I thought it might have been a pimple but when I squeezed it it was really painful and a lot of blood came out it started off small then got bigger then smaller again but now after squeezing it it s a lot bigger what could it possibly be and how do I treat it ?

I really appreciate your concern, abscess need to be ruled out here and for that you have to get done the clinical examination and if found the infection then this can be managed with antibiotic and anti-inflammatory drugs, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
