What Causes Painful Lump On The Right Side Of The Neck?
Hi, i recently started hurting on the right side of my neck, its not in my throat its like in my neck. i can feel like a lump or something in there. it hurts to turn my head and swallow but only on the rite side.and now the pain is starting to go into my ear and i have been so thirsty i cant seem to drink enough water. could this be my thyroid acting up? should i ask a doctor to get images of my thyroid to be sure?

This is very unlikely to be your thyrod. The gland is in front of the neck. Your problem may more be related to a swollen lymph gland or sore muscle. You better get evaluated for that, though it's not to be your thyroid.
