What Causes Painful Lump On The Testicle Along With Lower Abdominal Pain?
Hie , I am a mariner presently onboard. From last few days I have a hard mass approximately half the size of testies at the rear end of right testicke more towards the bottom . I am also experiencing slight pain when it is unsupported extending to lower stomach where I had hernia operation few years back . On touching this mass pain increases . Urine is a little yellowish . Also sperm looks yellowish . Please suggest any medicine as I am due for signoff after a fortnight .

From history it seems that there might be having either, 1, Recurrence of indirect inguinal hernia or 2, might be having acute epididymo-orchitis producing thiese symptoms.
Clinical examination will give sure idea about your problem.
