What Causes Painful Lump On The Vaginal Lip?

I am concerned about an lump, the size of an egg that is at the very end of my outer vaginal lip on the left. It is hard and does not move. It is painful and very tender. No drainage. Also, I have severe tenderness in the left crease between the thigh and pubic area, no lumps.
