Hello and welcome to HCM,
Lump under breast appears to be a breast lump only.
Mammography and aspiration cytology of the lump needs to be done. Both mammorgaphy and aspiration cytology are done to assess the nature of the lump whether it is neoplastic or non-neoplastic.
Pain on left side of the rib cage can be due to muscular pain, pleural pain or arising from respiratory system.
A clinical assessment needs to be done so consult your primary healthcare provider.
Also get mammography and aspiration cytology prescribed by your doctor.

Thanks and take care
