Hi ! Good eveining. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.
Possibly you have got epididymo-orchitis (inflammation of the testicles) which could be a viral or bacterial cause if there is no history of trauma. You might be developing mumps which is giving rise to the pain on the sides of neck, and feverish feeling. If I were your doctor, I would advise you for an anti inflammatory medicine along with a proton pump inhibitor, an antibiotic if need be, and a proper scrotal support. A routine blood tests would be helpful as a baseline. You would be needing close observation.
I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts. Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
