What Causes Painful Lump Under The Collarbone With Family History Of Cancer?

Hi I m 25 and I have recently found a tiny lump under my collar bone which is painful to touch, I am very concerned about it as my nan had breast cancer three times, it s so painful to touch the skin around the area which is worrying, I have two small children and Its got me worrying even more. I m hoping I m just panicking over nothing

I really appreciate your concern, this could be lymph node with some infection and this can be treated with anti-inflammatory drugs initially and this is nothing to worry, this is not the malignancy, hope information helps, take care and have a nice day
