What Causes Painful Lumps In The Testicles?

i am 28 year old male,172cm,63 kg ,in past never have any major surgery,since few month i am feeling a small pea like structure on my right testicle i m really worried as it pains sometiime,please suggest it can be a sign of cancer or its normal swelling

HI.
Cancers ar never painful in the initial stage so do not worry about the Cancer of the testicle or so.
This can be just an inflammatory swelling and may get resolved on its own or a course of an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines can help.
If required you can get ultrasonography and color doppler done and get an opinion of an Urologist to ascertain the diagnosis and get treated accordingly.
