hi mam, relax, pain might be due to incomplete healing of the inner tissues which takes time.fibroids also cause pain and excessive bleeding.let me explain you the mechanism i.e;during menstruation, bleeding occurs by the contraction of uterus.thus fallopian tubes are immediately adjacent to uterus.as mentioned, they are removed so wound or surgical ligation will be close to uterus.so,on contraction, pain occurs.i would prescribe my patients, MEFENAMIC ACID preparation for pain relief.gynec consultation is required only if the pain persists even after period and if it is increasing, any symptoms of nausea, dizziness occur. hope your query got clarified.if any other issues,i'm always happy to attend.take care.bye.
