What Causes Painful Movements In Shoulder Joint?
Dear sir,
I am taking Dilzem one in the morning and Dilzem - 1 & Telma 40 - 1 in the night. My BP is !45/90. Cholestrol and Blood Urea are well under control. No Diabetic problem. But, I have pain on the right hand shoulder . I can not take my right hand up and can not take my right hand back side. Only in some angle posture, I have no pain in right hand side. Should I undergo any medical diagnosis? Please, Respond me. Thanks.
