What Causes Painful Movements In The Chest?

I can feel a lot of liquid moving around in my chest and it is causing quite a lot of discomfort and is sometimes quite painful. It is also giving me a stomach ache and making me feel quite sick. I have looked on google and found results such as heart disease but I am only 19 so am pretty sure that is not the case. Can you help?

feeling doe snot give any diagnosis. consult pulmunologist for clinical examination and diagnosis. you are having anxiety neurosis. control your anxiety and donot apprehend for serious ailment.
