What Causes Painful Muscle Spasms In The Middle Of Back?

Hello my name is Tammy I have been having muscle spasms in the middle of my back, I have had this at least 3 times in the past 3 months it s very painful, it hurts to breathe and and move also the pain is in my ribs area it feels like I have a full bladder that s been full for hours, I also had 2 back surgerys and am on heavy meds and there not taking the pain away do I need to go to the hospital

Probable causes:-
Urinary tract infection and kidney irritation. May be Urolithiasis (stones).

Muscular Spasms of back.



Management:-

some Laboratory work needed:-
Ultrasound of kidney ureter and bladder.
Urine complete analysis.
Myoglobin levels testing.


Medications:-
Excedrin Extra Strength.
ThermaCare HeatWraps around the back in affected area.
Cranberry Juice.
Plenty of fluids and water.
