What Causes Painful Periods,pain In Lower Back And Hip Along With Clitoris Discolouration?

Hello. I m a 36 year old mom of 2. I have extremely severely painful menses, I ve gained nearly 40 lbs in a matter of months, I ve developed low back pain and hip pain so severe I use a cane ( just developed within a matter of months ). I have a history of abnormal pap smears. My first child at age 22 and my second at 24. I was given biopsy after biopsy and was told to go back in for a cone biopsy yet I never did. Yes it is completely my fault. Not only did my health insurance run out but my when I was 26 weeks pregnant I went into labor, thankfully was stopped but I did deliver my son weeks later and he spent months on and off in the NICU. My mind was on my children not the biopsy I needed. That was 11 years ago.My problem I am having is I have itching in/on my labia minora and what seems to be white patches above my clitoris yet it is on both sides of my labia minora. I also have developed a brown patch of what I call discoloration on my clitoris. The rest of that area on the clitoris is pink. This has all started over the course of 6 months. Even the low back pain, hip pain, the weight gain, abdominal pain, leg cramps, heartburn atleast 3 days out of a week, the fatigue. I have a urinary frequency and my menstrual cycle is not the same at all. I am always late on my menses now and last time I had it ( I m late with it now ) it only lasted 3 days which is highly unusual. I must tell you I am not pregnant. I have a girlfriend of 2 years now. Any advice on what this could be?
