What Causes Painful Prominent Lumps On Chin?

I get raised bumps on my chin that are sore loke something is in them, but nothing happens if l squeeze it. When l usr a needle to try to extract it, little slivers of skin come off, some soft, some hard and some hurt when they come out. It is very strange and l am tired of them because they are always sore. Can you tell me what they are and why nothing comes out?

I really appreciate your concern, what the history is given here I could say that this could be some sort of cyst and it may need some surgical intervention, no need to squeeze it else this would cause more swelling, hope this information may helps, take care and have a nice day.
