What Causes Painful Purple Bump On Eye And Headaches?
on 11-16-14, i had a very bad fall which produced a huge bump over my right eye (almost 2 wide and over 1/2 high) and i lost conciousness, i was taken to er and xrays and ct scans showed i had bleeding in the brain...a small orbital fracture....and a large hematoma, i was hospitalized overnight for observation...this happened over a week ago.. the bleeding stopped, the bump is still there..very large and painful, purple in color, it almost looks like it s going to pop, how long before it heals? I still get headaches and i don t know what to take for pain and be able to sleep

I think it is mainly eyelid edema with ecchymosis that is the collection of clotted blood there which is very commob after trauma like this....it will definetly get resolved over a month or so...you start taking tablet chymoral forte three times on empty stomach and for pain you take tablet brufen three times a day
