What Causes Painful Rashes Under The Breast?

I never had this problem before but all of a sudden it showed up. Theres a red line/rash underneath one of my breasts and when i touch it, it hurts the top of my rib cage. I don t know if I pulled a muscle or if I slept wrong (I ve been sleeping heavily on my left side).

it must be due to pressure on the site. u can wait for sometime for it to resolve. in the meantime take some pain killers and get a Complete blood count done
