What Causes Painful Red Lump In Between Cleavage?

my sister has found a red lump in between her cleavage. she says it hurts. shes seen a doctor and hes put her on antibiotics but wants her to have an ultrasound to confirm it may be a cyst. is this correct as shes been told she must wait a month for the scan?

it is likely to be an infected sebaceous cyst and not to worry much.

an FNAC test is the best way to confirm it
