What Causes Painful Red Spots At Back Of Throat, Cough And Running Nose?

My four year old son has a painful throat, mainly at the top and I can see tiny red spots at the back of his throat. He also has a cough, runny nose and fever. He also feels sick and vomited twice in the night. He is drinking water but no appetite. He has no ongoing medical conditions that we know of and no allergies.

I really appreciate your concern, this could be viral infection, chances of allergic condition may be likely, what the lesion that you are seeing could be nonspecific, if the body temperature goes beyond 100 F then this need to be managed with Acetaminophen, take care for hydration, no need to worry about this everything would be fine soon, hope this information helps, take care.
