What Causes Painful Reddish Bruise On The Palms?

I keep getting these bruise like patches on the palms of my hands that are really painful and itch...what could it be? You can t always see the purple reddish spots but the pain is always there and really severe and it happens to the bottom of my feet to.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having idiopathic palmoplantar hidradenitis, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid spicy foods and extra salt in your diet.
2. Also avoid stress as it may worsen the condition.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like mometasone cream twice daily on affected skin.
5. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral colchicine and oral steroids taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
