What Causes Painful Scab At The Upper Side Of Buttocks Area?

I have had a scab at the upper side of my butt crack. It does not itch but hurts when pressure is applies. i also have raised bumps (resembling bug bites) towards the inside of the buttocks. They do not itch or ooze. This is the second time this has happened before. What is this?

From your description I can think of possibility of anal fissure on the butt crack. Raised bumps could be boils or if the bumps are not painful and if they are tiny it could even be keratosis pilaris. Kindly consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
