What Causes Painful Shoulders With Popping Sound Post An Injury?

I fell 5 weeks ago and hit my left shoulder hard, seen every kind of specialist etc, nothing is helping, not ice, pain meds, exercise is bad, moving hurts lifting it hurts, clicking and poping happens, no MRI but e-ray shows no breaks, what should I do now?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may be soft tissue inflammation and it will take some time to subside the pain till then either to just bear the pain or can have the analgesic like Tab Ibuprofen, or can see the physiotherapist hope this information helps.
