thank you I am a boat mechanic and have been for around 35yrs, My hands periodically get dried out and crack but normally i can usee some good hand cream and it goes away. Fore the past 6 months or so i seem to have a feeling of splinters in the end of 3 fingeres on my right hand. i didnt think much of it at first but its been weeks and no relief. its as if there was an open sore on the ends of these three fingers and the mere brushing against something causes excrutiating pain. I have tried to carefully slice hard callus like skin fromthe tips of my fingers and the nextday it hurts badly and then comes right back. to look at the end of my fingers you see a small slit. Its not getting better it seems toi be worse
