What Causes Painful Small Bumps On The Thigh?

I had notice there are 3 pea sized bumps on my outter thigh near my hip bone. When feel from them, they hurt like brusies but there s no bruises there. I have had a lot of hip pain over the year , but I brushed it off and though it was from having kids. Does anyone know what this could be??

there might be inflammatory condition in hip joint. bumps may be lymph gland draining from hip joint. hip pain is due to inflammation of joint. complete blood examination including esr may be done. x-ray hip joint may be taken. this will help in diagnosis. tab combiflam and long acting penicillin like penidure la 12 can be taken weekly for 2months,take some rest.exclude tubercular infection.
