What Causes Painful Sores Around The Tattoo On Arm?

Hi, about a month ago I went to the doctor for a sore on my arm. They told me I was bite by something! I went home kept it covered in a few days it left a hole in my arm. It scarred over! And now I have another one in the same area a little bigger. They are very painful stinging! They appeared around my arm where I just go a tattoo 3 months ago! What could it be! Could I have been bit again???

The swelling is unlikely to be due to reaction against tattoo. The swelling can be due to insect bite as suggested by your doctor. You can use an anti-histaminic to resolve the pain and swelling.
