What Causes Painful Sores In The Vagina?

Hi, my friend sent me a photo and I m concerned for her as she is concerned herself I am not a obgyn and she is African American and her lady part (vulva and outer wall not inner still pink) has a fee sores that s white in the middle like they popped? And she had a weird grey discoloration but it turned out to be dead skin she said cause it peeled right off. Idk if she has herpers or just a infection I pray it s an infection that can be cured... Also she says when she walks it hurts and when she pees it Burns cause the stream is hitting the open wound bumps.

Hi,

By your history and description, possibility of vaginal infection or hormonal imbalance is more likely. Consult your gynecologist and do a clinical examination and hormone levels.

Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

Regards,
