What Causes Painful Spasms In The Back With Abdominal Cramps?

This past week I had a very severe and painful back spasm of some sort that also included abdominal cramps. By the end of the week I was having menstral bleeding. This was very odd my menstral was due but this is not how I experience pms. Is it possible that I could have had a episcopac pregnancy?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms you have described here are not indicative of any pregnancy and if this being suspected then better to get done the ultrasonography test, otherwise the cramping symptoms could be due to nonspecific reason or it may be due to dysmenorrhea it self, and it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
