Hi, im a 22 yo male concerned about a painful spot on my glans. otherwise perfect health, no family history of cancers, diabetes, htn, or any other chronic diseases. the place is right on the edge and its physical characteristics are small, appearing like a freckle, no raised skin or other surrounding discoloration. my concern is not the spot itself, but with the fact that it causes me transient pain. there is no particular time that it causes pain, it is completely random (i.e. flaccid, erect, in contact with clothing or not, hot or cold water in the shower). nothing consistently triggers the pain, so i sometimes wonder if the pain is in my head. any diagnostic help you can give is appreciated. if you arent certain, specifying what sort of specialist i should go to would be a big help. thank you again
