General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to the injection side effects. I suggest using cold compresses at the injection site. I also suggest using a painkiller such as Acetominophen to relieve the pain.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
