What Causes Painful Swelling In The Left Side Of The Back?
I am wondering what could cause this? A few days ago I was having pain in my left side to back when I would roll over in my sleep then it went away. Today my left side in the love handle area it is swollen to almost the size of a volleyball! What could this be?

You are having lower belly left side large swelling...
It should not be neglected and consult nearby surgeon for examination first.
It might be kidney lesion, hernia or soft tissue tumour....
So for that USG of local part done first and if it other than hernia than FNAC done for rule out nature of lesion
According to cause specific management plan decided
