I m 65 yr old male in great shape.........I fell down stairs 2 weeks ago and busted something in my left butt cheek and lower back. The lower back swelling is down but (no pun intended) I still have a huge painful swelling in my left butt cheek. Still black and blue on both sides but the left huge swelling is by far the worst.......I ice it every evening.....not much help...........any help.....thanks so much!!
