What Causes Painful Swelling Throughout The Foot After A Bug Bite?

A bug bit me on my right ankle 11 days ago. Initially, it felt like a sticker in my skin but nothing found. Since the bite my ankle and foot are swollen. I also am having a throbbing pain on the heel of my foot . Should I see a Dr.? If so, what type of Dr.?

Hi--yes, see a doctor since it sounds like you now have cellulitis--a bacterial skin infection--and you need antibiotics.

A general practitioner or a family physician can treat this
