What Causes Painful Tender Spot On Head?

I am 39 years old, 72 inches tall and weigh 198. With no history major medical issues. I have a tender spot on my head which doesn't hurt unless I touch it, and even then if I touch it just right. There seems to be a very very small raised moll the area. I noticed it a month ago when scratching my head and the pain is still present at the same level of intensity. What do you think?
