What Causes Painful Tonsils, Headache, And Runny Nose?

i have tonsils, that come quiet alot they go and come when they come its really painfull my neck gets swollen from one side or possibly both its like theres something poking out my neck also i get headaches dizzyness and a runny nose and feel like vomiting.

Hello,

You may be suffering from acute viral rhinitis with tonsilitis with vertigo. May be viral in origin. So take rest and drink plenty of liquids. Use tablet paracetamol 650 thrice day for head ache and body pains. Use tablet amoxicillin and clavulinic acid 625 mg thrice a day for five days.

Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days. Salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Of no improvement please consult with your physician / ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
