General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having urethritis or cystitis.
While passing urine at the end there might be having some residue urine left causing this infection or recurring urinary tract infection.
You might require one more course of antibiotic medicine.
Take plenty of water.
Keep local hygiene clean and dry.
O)k and take care.
