What Causes Painful Urination After Vaginal Injury?

I went to the park yesterday and was playing on a pole and i hit the pole too hard with my vagina...i went to the bathroom and there was blood i peed and it didnt hurt...today i woke up and i bavent bled but when i went to the bathroom to pee it stung soo bad and i put toilet paper where it stung and there was a bit of pinkish blood on it it still stings a lil bit but whay should i do...is my vagina cut and will i get an infection and die?
