What Causes Painful Urination And Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding?

when my boyfriend fingers me, sumtimes i bleed when he does it and i only notice it has happend once he has finishd. this has happend a fue times now, and 2 days ago it has happend and i now feel a slight pain while i piss. what is this? what is the cause from it and what is going to happen?
