What Causes Painful Urination And Blood From Penis After Urine?

Hi, i just finished a hardcore military training , im 20 years old, i was in the bus back home , went to pee , my penis was squiz between my pants and my abdomen , when peeing , it felt like screwdrivers were passing trough, then there was some blood , blood seems to come out only after peeing ..

Dear welcome to hcm and congratulations for your successful training.

The symptoms you have can be related to your tough training, as excessive physical activities can result in to UTI. dehydration results in to concentration of urine, which can result in to uti.

Problem you have is urethritis (inflammation in urethra) and infection in urinary bladder. Pain during micturition is due to inflammation in urethra and bleeding at the end of micturition indicates infection in bladder.

I advise my patients following with these symptoms.
1 urine routine and microscopic examination
2 urine culture and sensitivity for antibiotics
3 a course of antibiotics (fluroquinoline group) ) for a week.
4 drink plenty of water and fluids.

You can request this from your doctor, as these are prescription based treatment.
