What Causes Painful Urination And Blood In Urine After Intercourse?

My daughter is almost 18 had her first intercourse on Wednesday. This morning she woke up with difficulty to urinate which is now painful. She has urges to urinate but not much is coming out and its giving her a lot of pain. She also just started to have some drops of blood in her urine.

Hi,

1. Infection in the vagina causing urinary tract infection.
2. Hymen break can cause bleeding for few if its 1st-time sex.
3. Allergic to semen (use a condom to identify).
4. Dryness – infection, improper foreplay, dehydration, age factor, hormonal imbalance.
5. Forceful sex.
6  Benign or malignant polyp.
7. Foreign bodies due to unhygienic sex method, sex toys.
8. Anatomical abnormalities.
9. Bleeding disorders.
10. Eczema.
11. Deep penetration in few positions during sex.
