What Causes Painful Urination And Blood In Urine?

Im a 27year old female, usually very healthy, but the past few days immediately after i urinate (when i proceed to stop urinating) an immense pain is present, very excruciating and when I wipe myself, there are tiny stringy clots of blood that I have passed whilst urinating. Please help

Hi,

I think that you can be suffering from urinary tract infection. I would suggest you to have a urine routine investigation done. Start urinary alkalizing syrups for 10 days and Utimac sachet for 5 days and start antispasmodic Drotaverine for pain for 5 days.
