What Causes Painful Urination And Sores Under The Foreskin?

Hi I recently had sexual intercourse and a week later it really hurts to pee, I also have a few open sores under my foreskin and have also started to get a few dark dots surrounded by redness that are slightly painful, do you have any idea at what this could be and a treatment?
