What Causes Painful Urination And Swollen Testicle?

My girlfriend has a std and didn t know it,after a few weeks I started to have pain when I would urenate,started eating garlic then my right testicle started to get bigger now its big and hurts a lot,were going to go get checked out but what are the long term effects from it?

Based on your description, it is evident that you are having infection of urogenital tract, probably contacting sexually.
It needs to be treated by administration of appropriate course of antibiotics.
