What Causes Painful Urination?

Hi, my 3 year old had a fever for two days, then complained about pain at end of peeing the next day. She was tested, no UTI. Felt better all yesterday and this morning, except still said it hurt at the end of urinating. then this afternoon was very tired and warm feeling. When I got her home and took her temperature it was normal, but she just fell asleep, which she only does during the day when she is sick... any ideas?

Hello. thanks for your Query. I feel it's urinary tract infection sometimes subtle one. more fluids and anti-inflammatory like paracetamol should suffice her. plenty of water and juices.
