What Causes Painful Vaginal Discharge, Rectocele, Pelvic Bone And Back Pain?

I am 56 years old and have been in menopause for 2 years. This summer past 2013-I had a week of watery white discharge that turned into a heavy period lasting 2 weeks that was painful-deep into my pelvic bones and back. I went for a stomach ultrasound and it showed my uterus is 8mm. I've had one or two issues of spotting since. Doctor did a biospy last week. I also have a severe rectocele-which made it hard for the doctor to get speculum in. Once in-she had to clamp my cervix and did the pipelle (spelling) suction. She never discussed anything with me about the rectocele.She said results will take a couple of weeks. What can they do for me if cancer is not found?
