What Causes Painful Vaginal Lumps, Painful Intercourse With An Enlarged Spleen?

My daughter has 9 pea sized lumps within her vagina which her OBYGYN has noted, lower left side pain while standing, painful sex, enlarged spleen but negative pap smears. she is going for an ultrasound on Tuesday. She has good liver function from blood tests. Any answers?
