What Causes Painful Vaginal Opening ?

I have extreme pain at all times inside the opening of my vagina and I'm just noticing 2 raised bumps around the entrance that also burn. Whenever I pee it's pretty hard not to react because the burning is so intense, also I just woke up this morning and my urine was an orange color. I've been drinking fluids constantly so I can't really give an explaination to that because I'm not dehydrated. Help?
