What Causes Painful Verruca With Lots Of Pus Discharge?

i was told I had a verruca which has been very painful so I put a compeed plaster on it last night and have taken it off tonight but the head of the verucca came away and lots of puss, the pain ha now gone but do you think this was a verucca or could it be an infection because something may have got stuck in my foot?

It is a case of INFECTED VERRUCA VULGARIS, first you need to treat it with antibiotics then go for ELECTROFULGURATION or LASER..
