What Causes Painful Wrist And Feeling Of Bone Protruding?

I am having wrist pains in the area show in the picture, WWW.WWWW.WW the pain occurs when my wrist is fully bent as in picture or push up position and is fairly recent. The small circled area is the painful area and seems to be a bone protruding.
