What Causes Painful Yellowish Bruise Marks Inside The Forearm?
Two days ago yellow bruises about the size of a dime appeared on the inside of my forearm close to the elbow. Today I noticed there is now a red line about an inch wide running from my arm pit through my bicep to the yellow bruises. The line is tender and most painful at the elbow. There is on small purple dot in the middle of my forearm at the end of the red line. I can t recall hitting, pinching, scraping, or tweaking muscles in my arm recently. Any ideas? Thanks.

Conditions like lymphangitis must be ruled out. Other skin conditions also be ruled out. Consult a general surgeon and get evaluated. A vascular Doppler is required to make a diagnosis.
