What Causes Painfully Stiff Feet Along With Bruising?

I have been having foot pain for several weeks that feels as if my feet are extremely stiff and painful when I get up in the morning or if I have been sitting for a while. It is on the top of my foot so not plantar fasciitis. The tops of my feet also feel bruised/swollen. Thank you for any advice!

I really appreciate your concern, it must be musculoskeletal condition and it can be well managed with Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen, drink more ware, stay away from stress hope this information helps.
