Hi. About a week ago, I felt like I pulled a muscle in my left calf just beneath and behind my knee. It was sore with some pain. The swelling in my calf also migrated to my left ankle. My leg is swollen, hot and looks red. The swelling will not go down. I have been dipping my leg in cold water and jacuzzi, sauna and steam, but things haven t changed. I was walking alot and riding an exercise bike when I notice the problem. Is there any concern?
